The 'Rolls Royce' service. Every possible issue is identified regardless of whether the impact is immaterial and the likelihood is extremely low. We call out all of the missing elements that we would expect to see.
Gold
We identify all the significant items but not the miniscule. We leave out the low impact and highly unlikely to occur. We call out what is missing to protect you.
Silver
We identify only those items that could harm you and might occur. We call out the material items that are missing.
Bronze
We only raise the big ticket items that could have material impact on you. We only raise issues that are likely or probable to arise.
Light Touch
We don’t read all of the words. We skim read, flicking through the pages to get a “feel” for whether it is well drafted and a suitable contract.
